ABOUT RENEWED MARKETING
WE BEGIN WITH LISTENING
Renewed Marketing exists to help organisations communicate their story with clarity, care, and alignment.
Founded by Wayne Pleiter, the practice is a marketing and communications advisory for leaders who value thoughtful and purposeful messaging.
The Problem
WHEN THE STORY NO LONGER FITS
Over time, even capable organisations experience drift. Language loses precision. Priorities become less clear. Internal understanding and external expression slowly begin to separate.
The work itself may still be strong — but the story no longer fully reflects its vision.
That is where renewal begins.
Why Renewal Matters
MOMENTUM RARELY DISAPPEARS SUDDENLY. IT FADES GRADUALLY.
When clarity weakens, teams lose shared focus. Decision-making slows. Messaging becomes inconsistent. Confidence begins to erode.
When clarity returns, people feel it. Leaders speak with greater confidence. Teams reconnect with the purpose behind the work. Energy begins to build again.
Renewal does not create noise. It creates shared understanding. And shared understanding builds lasting momentum.
ABOUT WAYNE
A CALM AND CONSIDERED APPROACH
Wayne Pleiter founded Renewed Marketing out of a desire to help organisations communicate with greater clarity, alignment, and integrity.
Over many years working alongside businesses, leadership teams, and organisations, Wayne observed a common challenge. Often the issue was not capability or commitment, but drift. Messaging became cluttered. Direction became less clear. Teams lost shared understanding around the story and purpose behind the work.
Renewed Marketing was established to step thoughtfully into that space.
Wayne serves as a marketing and communications advisor — listening carefully, asking thoughtful questions, and helping leaders reconnect language with vision. His work focuses not simply on improving messaging, but on strengthening clarity, cohesion, morale, and confidence across organisations.
If you would value a thoughtful conversation, I would be pleased to connect.
